Ordering and Delivery

 

Have you found a Musties item that you absolutely must have? Great!

Select a color and/or size, then click on "Add to Cart." Of course, you can continue shopping, and you can always return to your cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. Please note: items in your cart are not reserved.

Are you done shopping? It’s time to complete your order. Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to view your Musties items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the button “Proceed to Checkout.” You’ll be taken to the checkout page where you can easily fill in all your information on one page.

Note: Once you've completed your order, you cannot change it, as it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Musties covers the shipping costs. So, you do not pay any shipping fees.*

*However, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; the link will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Musties aims for quick delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3 PM, we strive to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 6 to 12 business days.

I WON'T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a local pickup location. You will also receive a notification from the courier indicating the pickup location. After these 7 days, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We make every effort to speed up processing and shipping, leaving a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please report this. An investigation will be initiated 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the investigation concludes.
